Warranty

Products manufactured by Alaskan Bushwheel™ Inc. are warranted for one year from the date of sale to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials providing that the installation and use of these products are in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions. The manufacturers only obligation shall be to repair or replace (at the manufacturer’s option) the product, provided the product is returned, transportation prepaid, to ABI within one year from date of sale to original purchaser. Defects or failures due to incorrect installation, improper usage, improper alterations, or handling, or due to any other condition beyond ABI’s control, as to any and all of which ABI will be the sole judge, are specifically excluded from this warranty. The purchaser may also have implied warranty rights which vary from state to state. No other liability of any kind, arising from the use of the product, whether defective or not is assumed.
